The spange you posted is an original by B.H. Mayer.
I believe it is an earlier one due to the pin used. Normally, we see them using one like my example in this thread.
1939 Spange zum Eisernen Kreuzes 1er Klasse 1914, B.H. Mayer, No Veins.
The type of pin your spange bears, is normally seen on Schickle spange like this one.

But, this type of pin can also be found on Mayer spange, like this one.
