1939 Spange zum Eisernen Kreuzes 2er Klasse 1914, mid marked L/11

Found this recently and thought I would just get a second opinion on it since these are not my specialty (not even close). From what I am seeing against others it looks good but I want to make sure that I am not missing a giant flaw that I am unaware of. The prongs are broken but the price reflects that and it is mostly for a display so that isn't much of a concern.

Interesting, didn't know there was controversy on them, found many examples of the mid l/11, including on multiple reputable dealers. I also found a few l/11 fakes but they had a different 3. So in your opinion this one looks right?
