Gentlemen, this EK1 is magnetic and appears to be the size of my other two. It has L15 on the revers side. I would appreciate your review and thoughts on authenticity please.

IMO ,post war L15 .
Post war, Orth marked with a Souval frame and core.
I love reading books
Thank you gentlemen, appreciate your input and expertise. Many thanks.
I have read that L15 was a mark used by a man called Floch to make fake items post war.
However, it is also can be a authentic mark used wartime. Authentic crosses using this mark use parts made by the Friedrich Orth or Rudolf Souval company. But as I understand it, the L15 marking is not considered an authentic iron cross among collectors.
I was about to buy an L15 Iron Cross but gave up due to the controversy surrounding this Iron Cross. Best regards André
Maybe a comparison picture of an L15, although opinions vary widely.............
