Hi Michael, it may help members more if you could post sharper images, if that's possible. It would help us see the core details much better as well as the beading on the frame. I'm more of an Imperial EK collector and those details really help in the identification of crosses as the differences can be very small in detail.
From what I can see I think it has a really good chance.

Unfortunately not my images, the flat backplate is typical and being unmarked, and the pin being lower on the backside is what I’ve read on this maker. But yes, I agree sharper images would help

Yes, you are right it is E.F. Wiedmann. It has a very distinctive date.
