From the photos it's a Souval but I can't tell if it is a one piece cast or an original that's had an incredibly hard life. The pin is a replacement if the latter.

Indeed all the characteristics of a Souval, like the round inner corners, bird feet outer corners. And some indicators of a war time cross: Fat swastika on a pedestal, the dipping three.
But the details are so poor and the damage to the cross so heavy, that I think it is rather impossible to tell from these pictures if it is a real one that has spent time in the ground or, as Adrian and Manclino said, a one piece cast copy from a wartime Souval.
If you got the cross in hand, you can try if you can shove a piece of paper between the core and frame. That should tell you wether itis a one piece cross or not.
But judging the poor cutting job of the outer frame and the crooked sides, I think you can better pass on this one.
