Hello and welcome to the forum.
I have edited the title of your thread.
Please read this thread regarding posting in this section of the forum.
The Use of German Terminology.
Ralph.
Your cross appears to be appropriate for a Souval cross, possibly post war manufactured.
Wait for other, more experienced, opinions.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
Yes, as Ralph says, by maker Rudolf Souval.
Souval unfortunately carried on making awards after the end of hostilities because he was based in Austria and not subject to the same rules as Germany was post war.
Therefore it's hard to say if this cross was made in April 1945 and therefore a wartime piece or in June 1945 and a postwar production example.
If I was to be pressed, my gut says wartime but it's entirely up to the individual who owns it to decide.
It's a cross by a known and recognised maker during the war but his post war activities make his wares less desirable due to the doubts surrounding them.

Thank you. I will be more accurate next time. Sorry
Thank you for your answer Adrian. Very detailed. Looks like it better for me to send it back.
That would be a decision only you can make unfortunately. If you got it at a good price then you might want to keep it, if it cost the same as another maker then if you might want to send it back if possible and put the money towards a more guaranteed original.
If it doesn't make you happy in your collection then the decision is made for you.
