I think this one might be a Floch fake. The date doesn't exactly match any of the Orth "1939"s that I have seen.

Also, along the top edge of the beading, this has the same fault as Mr Flochs crosses

Yip, one and the same. L15 is a minefield sometimes. There are genuine Orth crosses (both EK1 and KvK1) which are marked L15 but there are just as many which are fake and marked in a similar manner, it just takes time to find the differences.
