The maker mark is not well stamped, for me it looks more looks like 24 or 84.
I have search and the maker mark 84 doesn't exist and the hardware doesn't look like the 24.
Now,will search for the 123.

I would go for 24 it definitely match by frame only core looks strange or just pictures make it look like one piece cross,is there any other marks on the suspension ring?
