Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse Wilhelm Deumer ?

Trying my hand once again at Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse identification for another one of my ordensspange. Upon looking through the EK II Database I believe this cross to be a Wilhelm Deumer. I am unsure whether or not it is unmarked, a PKZ 3 or L/11 or if there is a difference. However the date numerals seem to be quite finely engraved, so hopefully this indicates an L/11? Thanks. Ron
