Hard to tell for sure without clearer pictures of the core. (There are some extremely good fakes marked 113 out there). This one looks like it was mis-stamped when being cut. Adrian has recently shown a nice '16' with a similar fault.
I'm not to optimistic about the packet though....

From the photos it does look like an original cross, can you post a pic of the makers mark please. The frame is mis-stamped which gives it a strange appearance. Is the packet stamped on the back and can you post any pics of that as well please?
