I believe this may be a Floch Fake, judging by the large "3" in the 1939 date and thin Swastika. I have serious doubts about the attachment-disc as well, never seen one like that before...I'd stay away from it myself, other opinions may differ of course...

I will have to respectfully disagree with my esteemed colleagues and suggest you get yourself down to the seller and buy this EK.
I think you said on the other thread it was priced at $275?
It is an original and rare Otto Schickle screw back EK1. The screw attachment on the back is dead right for this maker but it is missing a larger flat circular plate which goes between the back of the EK and the screw piece.
I would use the missing piece as a bargaining tool and get the seller down to about $200.
