Anyone's guess as to what happened to them since the war but they've been through the wringer. Could be extracted from the bottom of a shell hole or they've been put in a concrete mixer with a bucket of bricks.

Curious about the EK1. I'm not aware of any Third Reich awards being marked 800 so either a fake badge or a Great War award. The end of the pin is unusual as well. It looks like someone has tried to repair the catch which means that occurred before the damage because repairing the catch with the rest of the EK in that state makes no sense.
