Hi there.
First page -
Name: Kurt von Hagen
Beruf (Profession): Oberreichsbahnrat
Ort (Location): Köln (Cologne)
I am not sure what a Oberreichsbahnrat is, but I think it has something to do with being a high ranking professional Civil servant/bureaucrat/administrator for the German Railways.

I did find the below information about ranks and job titles -
Ranks and insignia of the Reichsbahn - Wikipedia
Reichsbahn Oberrat, office director of the main administration
Dienstrange der Deutschen Reichsbahn – Wikipedia
Post #3 -
The German public service divides the personnel of the Beamten-class in careers according to their education:
einfacher Dienst - basic career - school degree / short course
mittlerer Dienst - intermediate career - journeyman degree / 2-3 year long course
gehobener Dienst - elevated career - polytechnic or bachelor degree
höherer Dienst - higher career - academic degree
Each of these "careers" has several ranks/steps of seniority. The precise name of the ranks depends on the service, but often its like (with prefixes for the service like Zoll-, Post-, Studien- etc):
--- einfacher Dienst ---
Amtsgehilfe, Oberamtsgehilfe, Hauptamtsgehilfe
Amtsmeister, Oberamtsmeister
Assistent, Oberassistent
--- mittlerer Dienst ---
Sekretär, Obersekretär, Hauptsekretär
Amtsinspektor
--- gehobener Dienst ---
Inspektor, Oberinspektor
Amtmann, Amtsrat, Oberamtsrat
--- höherer Dienst ---
Rat, Oberrat
Direktor, Leitender Direktor

Thank you so much! He was office director of the main administration so he must be famous, hopefully I could find a picture of him.
I have some more questions if you wouldn't mind help me as well.
1) I'm wondering about his full name was it Hans Diedrich Kurt von Hagen or Kurt Hans Diedrich von Hagen or just Kurt von Hagen?
2) He lived in Cologne but was born in Iserlohn?
Regards

My pleasure kc.
I have had a look on Ancestry but can't find any information about Kurt unfortunately.
1) His full name is Hans Diedrich Kurt von Hagen, but he was known as Kurt. You can see on page 8 that the name Kurt is underlined and that tells us that this was the name he used. You can see other examples on page 9, section 2 and 3 where the same can be seen for his parents.
2) That is right. He was living in Cologne when the document was filled out, but he was born in Iserlohn.
Kind regards,
Will.

Thank you again Will for the information.

Is it possible that the profession (Beruf) of Mathilde Lehnhoff in the opening post is o.B rather than o.K? That could be short for “ohne Beruf”, without profession. That would fit her age.
