German cigarette card

I found this cigarette card set .I counted 314 cards from diferent brands .I am interested if somebody knowes on card stands Postcheck München 1979 von Waldorf Astoria .I dont think they are from 1979 can that be post number.Does anybody known approx value of them i know albums are about 50 -100 euros. This colection is not complete.

Think these come from several different pre-war albums. Values are not something that are provided here as that isn't really the point of this forum.

And what is number "1979" printed at the bottom of third image? reprint 1979 y. or postal code or something else?
