Hi Matt.
Thanks for sharing more interesting photos.
For the first photo I would read -
Emsland vor Machantritt (Emsland at the beginning)
Antritt -
Just a moment...
Emsland -
Emsland - Wikipedia
Reichsarbeitsdienst im Emsland -
Karl Hoeffkes - Reichsarbeitsdienst im Emsland (M960) - YouTube
Hopefully the location might give us an idea about his unit.
I would read Hofer from the last photo.
Kind regards,
Will.
Hi all,
going to start posting the remaining photos from the lot here over the next week or so.
To get started these appear to be a photos from in a military hospital. No writing on the backs of either.

A few more before work again, all wearing greatcoats.
Next up we have a group of Luftwaffe units in greatcoats in the snow.
Then 4 in great coats outside what appears to be a station, there's no writing on the back of this one either.
Lastly a lone soldier sitting by a body of water. There's a illegible word written on the back of this one.

Another lot before heading off for work.
The first photo, with some writing on the back, shows them gathered round a field radio.
The second is another oath photo from in a field.
Thirdly we have two artillerymen sat on their field/AA gun or even just an MG, I'm not the best to try identify it.
Then lastly three unidentified infantry stood in the snow.
Matt
