German POW photos

Hello, I have posted these photos to another forum as well. My grandfather confiscated two photographs off of a German soldier in Trier, Germany in February 1945. I am trying to determine anything at all about the photos. One is a professional head shot, the other photo depicts a few officers or politicians. Not sure of the year. I didn’t know if somebody had the expertise or had suggestions on where to start. Thank you!

I would date that left photo to 1936. Looks like those political leaders wears funeral armband and at back there is two SA mans.
Another is Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) enlisted man, who is also party member.
