From the Lexikon it doesn't appear that Artillerie Regiment 19 was active very long and was split up and paired off to other units.

Thanks a lot that would perhaps explain it.

I remember reading somewhere that the unit was active in Poland. It might very well be that Otto started making his Fotoalbum at that time and that the text stayed on the cover even aftr he was moved to Finland after Artillerie Regiment 19 was split up.
