1937 Party day in the Ehren Halle, I think this was taken by a HJ member I found it in a bunch of documents belonging to a Mr. Werner from Stuttgart, but this is Nurenberg. If you look at the very small figures in the upper right hand side of the picture you can see all of the highest NAZI officials standing in front of the flags:
Sure is. It's the Hermannsdenkmal in the southern Teutoburg Forest.
