Inka ~ the horse shoes are in amazing condition ~ We find a lot of horse shoes from Colonial days of the 19 century, plus the army in WWII extensively used alot horses/ donkeys to economize on local regional shipping goods costs between camps~

But rarely are the shoes in that good a shape ~

And the 'ol' faithful padlock/s ~ lost count of them `

Again bewt countryside ~ just being there is a win win ~

Spent the whole day searching in the Wehrmacht camp today. Autumn is approaching,it was a bit chilly and I think the first night of frost might be tonight. I had a few finds today, first hit was an unissued EKM, and checked out a few dumping pits as well

German toothbrushes found so far this season

Got some digging done this weekend. Best finds was a porcelain dish with very nice stamp on and a Sportsbadge

Kradman, the jerry can was messed up, too rusted and had a few big holes in it.

Took a trip out to the frozen forest yesterday. Found lots of bits I suspect is from German vehicles
