Its been a long week at work but after closing time today I managed to get out to the forests. I found a field hospital today, and struck upon a small dumping pit, still have to finish it, only took about half today

So it was either a German soldiers 'souvenir' badge or they treated a wounded Soviet soldier there

    Interesting indeed

Found a very nice dumping pit yesterday by the German field hospital. Dug out lots of items, best finds was of course a German helmet and a alu box with something inside it, always a big kick to find such stuff Today we went to another valley and stumbled across a big German dumping place with lots of engine and vehicle parts

I appreciate you finding the new site, it didn't feel right to put a "like" when you said you got so many insect bites. But I'm sure the suffering was worth it!
