It was found in swampy ground, its was completely soaked with grease, eaven wood parts are soaked with grease.
Barrel and other metal parts are alomost as new, except of rear sight which wasnt greased
and aslo complete bolt and sear spring is missing
But never the less im so happy with it i can not stop cleaning and looking the rifle
Also its coverd with stamps and numbers, im taking better photos right now

I just 'smell(y)' an interesting story if this this was found say east of the Oder.
Its was found in Austria - Karnten region. I think it was under British control after the end of WW2...
