Possibly from an aircraft or anything that uses hydraulic brakes I guess. Maybe part of the Master Cylinder Assembly or brake calipers?

Maybe try contacting Telefunken and see if they have any records from the war or if they know what it came from. Unless a member here has a list of orders placed to that company or can identify it from the part numbers, it will be nigh on impossible to tell for sure.
