Laws regarding Diggging in Poland fyi

Hi All,
I did not find any current information on rules of diging in Poland but since 1.01.2018 digging without suitable permission is fully illegal and is treated as
serious offence and not more as misdemeanour. Digging is anabled after acquiring an acceptation of land owner and local governmental conservator of archeological monuments what is not easy as I checked.

Hi, something accusatory this question. I put this info info because these law changes are very painful for all explorers in PL but could be also the same for foreigne explorers, diggers who are participants of our community and tried as I read in the past explore polish territory. That is all.
