I have had another go at the face, but still can't get to a point where I am happy 100% with the eyebrows or face. Still, which one does everyone prefer?

What I've been doing:

I'm fairly happy with the face and the uniform but wondering whether the background could do with a bit of colour. The hair probably needs a change as well. Also, if anyone would be so kind as to suggest three (or more, probably more) points to improve, I would much appreciate it.

Looks great. Who am I to critique...but I would think the collar should be less black and a bit more dark green

I think photo looks good.

I agree with what MAP said about the dark green collar, but the rest of it seems to be done very nicely. Also could the person pictured possibly have had brown eyes? Just a thought.
I have never colourised photos before but hope to give it a try sometime soon.
