She was born in Gomel, Belarus then moved to Leningrad for studies/work. She would work as a doctor from 1928 before joining an army in 1939. No details of her Winter War record. She rejoined the army in July 1941 with the 32 Army medical service, Karelian front. As of her Red Star award date (20.04.1945) she was ranked major, chief medic with the front hospital 2536 in Yehkila near Vipperi (Viborg).
In postwar times she has been a professor with the Leningard Medical Institute.
