Darn Bryan,
this dagger would even look good on my old kitchen table

With post 73 this photo was shown:
This was a very interesting occasion. During a "Freundschaftsbesuch",
a visit among friends, General Luigi Rosso, the Chief-of-Staff from
the Milizia, was at Berlin in 1938. Lutze earlier visited Rosso. During
the occasion at Berlin the FHH dagger was granted. As far as I can
remember not only Rosso, but also the one or the other person was
given one.
Which is even more interesting: some of Rosso's attendants were
handed over the FHH gorget by Lutze, the SA Chief-of-Staff. These
officers from the Milizia actually did wear the gorget at Berlin. In my
gorget book, page 471, two photographs are shown with the wearing
of the FHH gorget. One photo is shown here:

supplied to me by my friend Hugh-Page Taylor)
Hello,
this is a very nice thread. I have about 50 photos with some portraits of the
SA Standard-Feldherrenhalle Wachsturmbann Stettin. All of a person. He was
only in the SA / RAD / Luftwaffe and then the SS Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler.
