It's a earlier dagger pre RZM stamped. Neptune daggers are super hard to find! The price is actually fair on it
Unfortunately not, she was just getting rid of some stuff because she was moving to a bigger house. Trust me, I immediately asked if she had some more treasures! Not a bad start in collecting daggers, I guess. haha
Is the star in the makers mark the Jewish "Davids star" or does it symbolise something else?

Made from about March 1934 to the end of 1936.
The star is related mythologically and has nothing to do with the Jewish nation or the producers who made this dagger.
Kupper and Oertling are the producers..the name Neptune comes from the mythological God of the Sea whose siblings had planetary names.
