SA erases Rohm Dienstdolch opinions?

Whats the offering price on this dagger ?
Just an observation ...the lower guard does not appear to be Eickhorn being without the deep accent grooving as seen on the upper crossguard.

is the lower crossguard stamped underneath with a number 1-9?
