Hard to find these 807/36s,, the blade is highly polished but IMO the dagger looks good,, my only concern is the thinness of the RZM numbers, on this type,, but its probably the angle of the photo. Ray where did you acquire this example? Regards Larry

Havent aquired the dagger yet. Wanted to get the opinions ofmthe forum first. What would a dagger like this in this condition be worth?

I do not see a scabbard in your photos,, so I will say for the dagger alone in its condition...$1600-1800..US

Blade is as mentioned by Larry, highly polished.
a poor fit on the upper guard, and im missing in the lower guard the "abnahme" stamp ( I,II or III) could have slipt through, but i would prefer a textbook example in this case.

The shrinking of the wood at the top doesn't sit flush for me, if it is real it isn't a good example however if I was you I would give it a miss and look else where. You'll find a beauty in good patience (:
