The number appears to be 271 33X, not sure what the last digit is. One thing I’ll say is if it is indeed a 6 digit number, it would be higher than I’d think it should be for a dagger manufactured and issued early on.
If the number is 27 133, then it is unidentified as far as I can tell.
On a closer view, I think the last number could be a 4.....
NOt sure but it's a 6 digit number.
I've done other pictures to show you how the handle fits perfectly to the crossguards
In the SIEGERT'S BOOK : DIE DIENSTDOLCHE DES SS, I've found a 6 digits number (219681) on a first type SS 33 (page 141-142-143)
