Problem with a squirrel

I Have a problem with a, Eickhorn logo on an Himmler dagger.
It's on sale online.
I have never seen this logo...
What do you think about it ?

Compare with Logo that is used on both Rohm & Himmler examples.

It's tough to verify a dagger from simply a logo picture. One good thing about Himmlers is most are extremely similar with the occasional example popping up with unusual features so they're usually not too difficult to verify whether period or not.

I'm with Larry in thinking this one is suspect but it would be great to see some other pictures of the rest of the dagger.

That is a possibility - or maybe the result of a "hookup" of a squirrel and a groundhog (Marmota monax from the Sciuridae family). Best Regards, Fred
