Although PA ( Piel & Adey ) are a common generic crossguard type seen on many SA daggers the use of this type have been observed on other SS producers.

What has been observed on Early Eickhorn SS daggers are the markings
HE .. ( Inhouse produced )
and AR by a separate outside caster.
