Double decal wehrmacht helmet, original?
I bought this double decal german wehrmacht helmet a time ago.
What do you guys think of it?
In the liner is stated: “berlin 1938” and something above this but I can’t read that. If I want to read what is stated above I must take the liner out but I think it’s best to let it sit in it’s place before I ruin it.
Never disassemble a helmet , it will ruin it. The stamps of liner bands are well known and can be deduced from what is visible.
It's authentic all round but not in the best condition.
Nice helmet.
It could be B&C above BERLIN for Biedermann & Czarnikow.
As suggested, don't remove the liner though.
