M35 dd heer decal question

Good evening ,

I have this m35 dd heer helmet with doubts about the tri color decal on this .
I just looks strange i think ? I have another relic m35 with also a tri color but looks more authentic but i could be wrong and its good . The heer is according to me alright .

Looks like decal was painted over at one point.
