My first relic helmet
Stumbled across this today at the local antique mall and bought it….I don’t have a genuine ww2 Wehrmacht helmet yet, so this relic will have to do….I think someone has cleaned it already, displays nice from the side, top side is shot
$39 for a 42 ?…..worth it to me….what do you think?
If you're happy with it nothing else really matters..
I think the price is just about right in relic condition.

Price is OK to me. A relic like this gave me a 'feel' for the real thing and spurred me to do a lot of research (much of it on this Forum) before finally spending the money on a good, clean helmet. Above all, your helmet 'was there' - enjoy it in your collection !
