I've dealt with SF once, and my only complaint was that my helmet was a tad over cleaned, but other than that, no problems.

I Think They bathe their relic helmets in Oxalic Acid over and over again to try to make them look appealing as possible.
Being a collector of field gear, relic helmets are new to me. This thread is great, I almost ordered from SF recently! Was waiting....now thanks to you guys I will try one of the above.
