Assistance Authentication of M38 Helmet

Hi everyone, please accept my thanks in advance for drawing on the collective knowledge of this forum.
I have here what has been guaranteed as an original M38
The paint job on the shell is worth discussing.
I do have my concerns with the originality of the liner, being in such good condition but showing no manufacturer’s stamps or sizing stamps.
Also of notice is the liner stitching line noticeably rotated off centre from ear to ear.
However there are elements of this helmet that look good.
The seller would not send any extra detailed photos when requested so that is another concern.
So the quality of the photos is not great.

Photos are not very helpful at all but it looks like the shell may be original. That's the only thing though. The paint, liner, straps, and bolts are all post war.
