I am not sure the bayonet is a Japanese Type 30. How long is the blade? I have not seen a frog stud on a Japanese scabbard before.

Siamese Mauser type 46 bayonet
As Jareth says except it is a Siamese/Thai Type 66 Bayonet. The original serial number and inspection mark appears to have been removed.
Type 66 made in japan for Siam

Not rare. Sorry for mistake. Absolutely type 66. Do an online search plus completed auctions search on eBay.
In 1923 the Siamese ordered 50,000 Type 66 Rifles & Bayonets and it is from this order that your bayonet comes from. The rifles and bayonets were exported around the globe in the 1990s except for the United States. The ones in the States came via Canada.
Buddhist Era (B.E.) 2466 = Type 66 = Gregorian year 1923.
