    Sorry my humor struck a nerve! I was tongue-in-cheek exposing my own uncultured lack of taste for Japanese music AND opera! (and yes, Sporter, my choice would be the 1986 version).

    I love the comics, and enjoy Sherman's Lagoon, but I've always felt a slight unease when the strip jokes about eating the "man-apes" from the shore. I can't imagine how families of shark victims feel when they come across it.
