Fine Material Hinomaru no Yosegaki

Hello: I believe that the material of this Hinomaru no Yosegaki is silk. Hopefully I am reading the slogan in large characters across the top correctly as Inoru Bu-un Choukyu. Any feedback as to the flag itself would be appreciated. Hopefully original and more interesting than a collection of signatures. Front and back pictures attached. Thank you for any help.

It's a flag that sends off Keijiro Yamamuro, an employee of Sagami Brewery off to war. Signed by men and women of the company, but with so many coworkers signing there wasn't any space for slogans, so names only.

Thank you Nick. Physical condition on this one, considering it appears original, is very good.

I am still on the look out for Hinomaru no Yosegaki that are both personalized and have interesting slogans.
