Good luck flag translation

Hello everyone,

I have this Japanese flag and got some translation about it but kinda want to find a little bit more about it, i'm always curious so ... hope someone can help me.

Personaly I don't have any doubt about the authenticity but feel free to comment if something wrong for you.

Here some translation that I already have :

The red stamp is for : "Masamitsu Toda, Director of Takada Junior High School, Niigata"


周到果敢 Careful
死生観 View of life and death
見敵撃墜 Shoot down the enemy
必勝体當 Certain victory body strike "Tai−atari" (wich seem to be a Kendo movement a collision move used to break the kamae and therefore the defense of the opponent)
新分ノ分マデ動ケ Move until the last minute

This flag can be dated to 1941-42, because those were the years Toda was the principle of that school.
