Japanese Commemorative Souvenir ?
Hello, can anyone tell me what this printed sheet might be. I assumed it was a post war commemorative souvenir of the Japanese navy or merchant ships. It measures 48 cm x 30 cm. It almost looks like a paper placemat. It was given to me by a friend whose father served in the pacific theater in WWII on a Navy destroyer. Thanks for any help.

Bag from "Mikasa" rice crackers sold at the souvenir shop in Yokosuka. At least a prewar wrapper unlike the snacks below currently sold on the Mikasa.

Thank you Nick, I would never have guessed that.
