Japanese Helmet markings

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me what these painted and inked characters on this Army helmet are? The painted rim I assume is a name or unit identifier? The inked kanji in the inner liner are a bit harder to read, These are the best pictures I have at the moment, they are the seller pics. Thank you for your help!

The surname reads from right to left:
笹木
Sasaki

The kanji preceding that is
[illegible number] ノ一
Something like “ 1 of Xn”

有義隊
Ariyoshi-tai
I’m guessing at 義. And I cannot make out the last two kanji on my iPhone — numbers?
