Japanese Naval Field Cap - help with label translation please

Hello colleagues,

I'm a complete novice where Imperial Japanese Navy field caps are concerned and would appreciate a translation of this stamped label please (in a summer issue cap). I appreciate that the stamping is rather blurred which may make the task harder!

"Assembly, Supervision, Overcasting" workers responsible for each function would affix their signet stamp. If there is no naval property label sewn in separately, stay away.
