器兵
福田
Equipment [handler?] Soldier
Fukuda
I can't find 器兵 a single dictionary definition for, but have found it in usages like this:
火炎放射器兵
Flame-thrower operator.

Probably just left to right writing, so weapons handler.
Could be IJN 252nd Air Group related.

Thanks Guy and adachi,
Ok, so likely Fukuda could have been some type of weapons mechanic working with the 252 Kokutai (Air Group) of the japnese navy... That makes a lot of sense actually.
Thanks for your translations and input on it, ill appreciate it as always
