Japanese sword belt

Hello Gents,
First time on and referred here by Nohinto message forum. Purchased this japamese military belt that carries a arisaka cartridge pouch , small frog( too small for bayonet, possibly batton or court sword) and metal buckle i thought was manchurian but not quite right,people have suggested medic or even bandsman. Appreciate any help in identifying crest.

That belt was for students of the Army Cadet School. Though not as sharply made as the following example.

Thankyou, great uniform display, any idea what the small frog hanger was for???

See if an Enfield spike bayonet fits, as they were used in the early IJA and cadet schools could have used such old surplus.
