Manchukuo flag

Hi everyone,

I recieved today this flag and i would like to know if someone had seen markings like the one on the flag?
It is a small flag crudely made.

Hi Delibes,

I think the images posted upside-down. There seems to be three kanji; I think I can make out the top and bottom, but I cannot make out the middle kanji. The kanji looks like they might be 秘 [?] 密.

秘密 by itself is himitsu and means secret -- and does not make sense to me to be on a flag. I'm not aware of 秘密 with a middle kanji, but I'm no expert. Maybe someone else can give more input.

Here i reversed the picture. I understand that it is very difficult to read.
