Nice "Off to War" Flag/Banner

Griffin Militaria just received this flag/banner and wanted my take on the text. It's so beautiful that I wanted to share it (with permission).

The balance of writing on the flag are the names of well-wishers -- probably the members of that school/university student corps. The main kanji are beautifully calligraphed and the signatures all are written by mature students who are used to writing with a brush*; definitely not scribed by elementary school children.
