Request for Second Opinion on Mei, Please

Got a blade in Rinji Seishiki mounts with a very poorly struck mei. First attempt at translation said "Katsumasa",
but I see a horizontal line underneath the second kanji that doesn't seem to fit a "masa".

Any ideas?

Well, I should have looked at Japanesesword.com first. I think it's a close match. But opinions still welcome.

Thanks Nick! After seeing your post, I went back to Japaneseswords.com and found that I had looked at "Kane..masa" by mistake:

兼政 (Kanemasa)

who used at different kanji for "masa"
