The first one with the Golden Kite is from the Sino-Japanese War. The one from the Russo-Japanese War was given out by 御井町尚武会, a martial arts club in Mi-I-Machi, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
If I am not mistaken, the 18th Division was in Kurume, in Mi-i Machi. Strangely coincidental, but I currently work (for 12 years now) at Kurume University Mi-i Campus and the adjacent Kurume Fusetsu High School, which was the former site of this division. I haven't seen this specific inscription before, so it is really interesting to have this pop up!

I have no idea what this whistling sake cup could be. If it is a military or civil cup.
As you can se it has a ballon and pictures of Japan and China on the inside. On the outside there is maps with writing.
The text in the bottom of the cup is blurry so its difficult to get better pictures of that text.
Could someone pleas help me to sort out what it could be? :-)
The bottom only claims the design is under protection as registration 45863. It makes no mention of the occasion, but the map names Japan, China, Russia, Siberia, England, Germany, France and Italy. Prominence of Siberia on the map probably means from a time after the Siberian Intervention.
Thank you Nick for the help with the translation. :-)
Interesting with Siberia mentioned at the cup.
